Today on November 6, 2023 NUTECH delegation led by Lieutenant General Retired Moazzam Ijaz, Major General Retired Khalid Javed Proctor, Major General Retired Raza Ali DG Skills, Air Commodore Retired Nadeem Director and Air Commander Wor. A delegation of POEPA led by Asad Hafeez Kayani, Chairman, Hafiz Faheem Iqbal, X Senior Vice Chairman, Shakeel Ahmed Abbasi, Vice Chairman and Shahbaz Zeb Khan, Secretary General, met retired Navid Director Policy. And Chairman Mr. Asad Hafeez Kayani did.
The following matters of importance were discussed in the meeting between POEPA and NUTECH:
1. In the meeting, a draft of the proposed MoU was shared between POEPA and NUTECH in which it was agreed that NUTECH will facilitate training for the most demanding jobs in foreign countries and POIPA will go abroad in these trades. It will play a role in providing employment opportunities for those.
2. It was also agreed in the meeting that in the coming days, NUTECH and POEPA will jointly organize a National Symposium on Manpower, the main points of which were mutually agreed upon.
3. Consultations were held on the points of the proposed MoU between POEPA and NUTECH.
