Visa Recommendation

The Pakistan Overseas Employment Promoters Association (POEPA) issues Visa Recommendation Letters to its active members to facilitate the visa application process for business-related visits and official travel.

Issuance of Visa Recommendation Letter

Visa Recommendation Letters are issued for the following purposes:

Visit Abroad by a Member

Members may request a Visa Recommendation Letter for visiting another country for:

  • Business meetings
  • Conferences
  • Seminars
  • Exhibitions
  • Official visits
  • Other business-related activities

Required Documents

  1. Request on official letterhead clearly mentioning the purpose of the visit
  2. Copy of passport
  3. Copy of CNIC
  4. Copy of the invitation letter received from the visiting country
  5. Copy of appointment letter, where applicable, in case of a company employee

Visit of Foreign Businessmen to Pakistan

Visa Recommendation Letters may also be issued for foreign businessmen visiting Pakistan for:

  • Business meetings
  • Conferences
  • Seminars
  • Exhibitions
  • Other official business activities

Required Documents

  1. Request on official letterhead clearly mentioning the purpose of the visit to Pakistan

  2. Copy of passport

  3. Copy of Employee Card or Business Card
